    We’ll have some chardonnay….

Apparently in the latest Bridget Jones film – which we’re showing this Friday – she is living a more moderate life and is consuming less chardonnay. But she’s still having the occasional one, and you can do the same as we’ll have some available!

Come along for our inaugural film night when we’ll also be serving freshly-popped popcorn and ice cream. Doors open at 7pm and the film will start at 7.30pm. Tickets are £5 and can be bought on the night.

And you could make an evening of it: Friday is fish & chips night at the Sheaf of Arrows, so you could eat there beforehand. Booking essential though.

    Catch up with Bridget Jones

She married Mark Darcy, had two wonderful kids, and then it all changed when Mark died. Now Bridget is navigating single parenthood, dating apps and grief. Come along to see what happens when we show the latest Bridget Jones film (‘Mad About the Boy’) at Cranborne Village Hall on Friday 23rd January.

The film surprised critics and audiences alike by being funny and poignant in equal measures. According to many, it’s the best outing for Bridget since the first film.

Doors open at 7pm and the film will start at 7.30pm. Tickets, at £5 each, can be bought on the door. The bar will be open and there will of course be ice cream and popcorn available.

    See you there!
