    A sell-out – and a hoot!

What an amazing evening on Friday. Cranborne Village Hall was packed to the rafters for HAH! BumHug, the ridiculously funny Christmas show from the fabulous Lonely Clown Club. The audience was raucous and everyone had a great time – especially anyone dragged up on to the stage. There was singing, dancing and so much laughter.

Thank you to the Lonely Clown Club and to Artsreach for bringing us another excellent show.

    Pickleball starts tomorrow

If you fancy taking up a new sport, then you might like to try pickleball. And starting tomorrow, there’s going to be a regular pickleball session at Cranborne Village Hall, every Thursday, 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

Pickleball is a bit like tennis but on a smaller court and with solid bats. It’s easy to pick up and fun to play. Come along and join us. Just bring your trainers – all other equipment is provided. It’s £5 a session. We’re all learning so no experience needed.

Come and try pickleball this Saturday

Pickleball is coming to Cranborne Village Hall this Saturday 8th November. This is your chance to give this fantastic sport a go. And we’ve got a great pickleball coach coming to show us all how it’s done.

Pickleball is a bit like tennis but using bats similar to large ping pong bats and a lighter ball. It’s great fun and much easier to pick up than tennis.

Come along between 3pm and 5pm to try it out. Just bring your trainers.

It would be good to know numbers in advance so email anna@cranbornevillagehall.org.uk or WhatsApp 07748 522218 to register interest.

Come along between 3pm and 5pm to find out more about this new sport and also about our plans for both a regular pickleball club and for ‘pay and play’ private hiring. The session is free: just bring trainers.
