Join Howard’s fantastic Group Circuit Training class and get fit (or fitter). He’s a great personal trainer and will ensure you progress at your own pace. The classes happen twice a week at Cranborne Village Hall – Monday evenings and Thursday mornings – and they really are fantastic. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
